Indigood

Iconic denim, sustainably made. Feel even better in Wrangler this Spring as our iconic denim shorts just got greener.

Say hello to Wrangler Indigood™

With sustainability and innovation always at the forefront of our minds, we’ve worked hard this season to ensure your fave fits are crafted in our new Wrangler Indigood™ foam-dyeing technology which almost entirely removes water from the production process. It takes a lot of water and energy to create denim’s recognisable indigo colour shades. That’s why we have developed Wrangler Indigood™ to change the way we dye our fabric and make sustainable denim brands a reality.

Our new tech eliminates nasty chemicals, instead transferring dye to yarn with a foaming agent in an airtight environment sealed by a nitrogen hood.

Not only does foam-dyeing cut out the need for massive quantities of water it also uses 60% less energy and reduces chemical waste creation.

These styles are made from our traditional broken twill fabric but woven into fits especially for our Australian market including the Drew and Hi Bells Short for ladies and the Spencer for the guys. Want more- read about where it all started here.
